This interactive map shows the different environmental, economic, and resiliency impacts if PACE financing were enabled and utilized in just 15% of all eligible buildings in each state. Click on a state to explore the individual impacts, such as jobs added or carbon emissions reduced, when PACE is enabled.

The projected impacts displayed in this map are based on scaling project level impact data derived from recent research out of the University of Southern California’s Schwarzenegger Institute for State and Global Policy, titled “Impacts of the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program on the Economies of California and Florida.”

In addition to the individual state level impacts, combined national impacts are displayed in the upper left corner of this map.
